Beer Chicken



                     Pollo a la cerveza

Ingredients:

1 Chicken in quarters
2 big onions
1 clove of garlic
1 bottle of beer
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon
Black pepper
Salt


Chop the onions into thin strips and spice the chicken quarters with salt, pepper, lemon and crushed garlic. Place a bed of onions in a baking dish and put the spiced chicken on top adding a little olive oil. Leave it roasting until it is light brown, being careful not to burn the onions. Once it is cooked, put it all in a casserole and add the beer, cover it with a lid and leave it boiling for 15 minutes. Served with onion sauce as it is or crushed in the mixer, fries and vegetables.
